About Us

• Dr. William R. Bigelow is an internal medicine physician with a focus on primary care. His clinical interests are diabetes, hypertension, and preventive medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency training at the University of Wisconsin. Born and raised in South Carolina, he feels privileged to be caring for the people of the Lowcountry.
