• Welcome to Neuhaus Homes! My name is Theresa Neuhaus. I am a full-time Real Estate Agent and multi-million dollar producer, I am is eager and ready to work for you. Over 14 years of real estate experience, 15 years of advertising experience and a Marketing degree has set me up to provide my clients with not only the personalized customer service they deserve, but a one-of-a-kind marketing plan proven to get their house sold. Creating unforgettable experiences for residential buyers and sellers in the Dyersville, Dubuque and Cascade markets is both my passion and top priority. Among others, first-time home buyers prove over and over to be some of my favorite clients to work with. I enjoys not only sharing in their excitement, but working hard to make their first home buying experience the absolute best experience.
