• Viking Homes was first started in 1980 by Wendell Olson. Wendell’s hands-on approach brought him success as he built his communities, one house at a time, centered around customer service. Over the years, Viking’s reputation as a loyal, up-front and trustworthy company has grown as their communities thrived. Viking has built nearly 4,000 homes in the Spokane, Washington; Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; and Tri-Cities, Washington areas.
