About Us

• Life Care Center of The Willows focuses on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our in-house team of therapists and nurses focus care around each resident’s and patient’s individual needs and goals. We provide a variety of specialized treatments, including Closed Pulse Irrigation wound care, VitalStim® therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
