• My name is Kandi Wilson.....In a nut shell, I am a long time resident of Wenatchee Valley (3rd generation), a local real estate professional for 21 years, mother to Ronnie & Jess, and fur babies Sammie & Guy . After living in Missouri, Oregon, and California I chose to make North Central Washington my home again because I have a deep appreciation for the beauty, climate, abundance of outdoor activities, and the quality of life the area offers. Three years into my career I joined Laura Mounter's team because of the firm's reputation as a high caliber, well respected, ethical, community oriented, and exceedingly professional company. I could go on about our top sales record and ranking in our local market, but frankly that's not what I consider the most important factor in choosing a real estate professional to work with. Though I do have the support of an outstanding office with a cumulative of over 200 years of experience and many of our agents have anywhere from 18 to 40+ years of full-time real estate experience, when I am your realtor I will be your main point of contact. I don't disappear after you sign the listing agreement or sign the offer...from start to finish I am hands on, guiding you step by step through the entire process. Over the years what my clients have expressed as the reasons they refer me to friends, family, & colleagues are quite simple and yet some times rare qualities: honesty/candor (even when the truth isn't the popular answer), patience....I never pressure buyers or sellers, we work under the time line that is right for YOU! My integrity, work ethic, knowledge of my field have earned me the long time loyalty of some clients who have sworn off realtors in the past after having a bad experience. On a personal note, in my spare time I enjoy a good ol' fashioned weight training work out and started competing in body building contests 4 years ago. We have wonderful warm weather in Wenatchee during the summer (ok, some days it's just down right HOT!) which I thoroughly take advantage of by hiking, camping, floating the river, and stand up paddle boarding with my K-9 kids.
