• Happy Hours Children's Center was established in 1985. We serve 75 children every day in our country, home-like setting. It is a fully licensed facility that has provided child care services to the families of Wappingers Falls, New York, and surrounding cities, since 1985. From the moment you enter our friendly, welcoming child care center, you know your child is in the right place. We focus on providing each child the caring, attentive, individualized care and age-appropriate interactive activities they need to be happy, healthy, and well-socialized.
