Becky Meline has a Sports Psychology Certification and speciality in helping athletes reach peak performance by overcoming mental blocks and barriers to optimal performance. Sharon specializes in helping people that feel stuck in difficult life transitions. Focus uses clinical strategies and interventions along with mindfulness and mental game coaching skills to overcome barriers and enhance performance.
