• Country Manor’s on-site rehabilitation team, Champion Rehab, provides a complete spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, sub-acute rehab and home care therapy services. Our nearly 6,000 square feet of clinical space includes three spacious state-of-the-art gyms, a HydroWorx Warm Water Therapy Pool, private treatment rooms, Massage Therapy, Assisted Living and Home Health Care services.
