• Workforce Solutions South Plains is one of 28 Workforce Development Boards in Texas mandated to implement a system of services that help employers access the skilled workers they need in order to remain competitive.
  
  Created by the Texas Legislature and United States Congress to complement economic development, Workforce Solutions administers a broad range of programs designed to address local workforce issues with business-directed objectives, including career development, job training, childcare, and education initiatives. Through innovation, partnerships, and a strong presence in local education and economic development, we’re working every day to build a labor force on which regional employers can depend while providing the necessary support for every South Plains citizen to be successful at work.
