• Established in 1954, by James A. Winter, Winter Construction Inc has grown into one of the largest commercial, industrial and institutional general contractors in Northwest Illinois. As the business has grown, so has the ability of our experienced team to provide our clients, both old and new alike, with larger and more sophisticated building programs for a wide variety of building types over a continually broader geographical area.
