• We are Urban Smart Growth based in Pawtucket, RI. Founded in 2004 by Lance Robbins, Urban Smart Growth lives by the motto of returning energy to our urban cores. Spending over 12 years revitalizing old and historic structures in California, Rhode Island, Ohio, Oregon, North Carolina and New Jersey, we have learned a lot about the communities in which we operate.
