About Us

  • We are a martial arts ministry, seeking train people in body, mind and spirit. We promote integrity, respect, physical wellness and spiritual strength. We offer both Shaolin-Do Kung fu and Tai Chi classes. We welcome students of all abilities, ages 10+. $40 recommended monthly donation. Enrollment in Kung Fu comes with access to the Tai Chi class at no extra charge.
