Therefore, individuals or small businesses in the Atlanta area feel that they cannot afford attorneys, and as a result, they would have to give you their right to purse their legal claim and obtain justice. At Tuggle Law, we take most of our cases on a contingency basis. That means that you won’t pay us any attorney’s fees unless we win for you. In some situations, we offer hourly billing or other hybrid billing. For most of our specialty counsel, other than litigation, we offer a flat fee. We feel it’s important for our clients to know what they can expect to owe for legal services. We also do our best to accommodate all clients.
