Eric has been in hospitality for 20 years and owns a business development company, The Chef Hero, that teaches startups and struggling outdated business leaders the value to innovate and create positive experiences for the people that support them. Eric’s past experience of owning a luxury full service event center, two restaurants, and a celebrity wedding planning and design company, has brought him to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mexico and all over the United States. Eric lives in Northern California and has two wonderful young sons.
