It all began with a young couple who were passionate for art, food and making people happy. One had been a chef for years, and had worked for various 5 star restaurants and catering companies in Los Angeles, CA. The other was an artist and loved to bake in her spare time. The couple decided to put their talents to use, and thus The Carnival Food Truck was born. The idea behind the food truck was to bring fun back to the streets of Los Angeles by way of food. They had no idea that their business would grow from a food truck into a catering company that caters all sorts of events - from birthday parties and company picnics to corporate catering. Since The Carnival Food Truck's beginning in May 2015, they have catered over 30 private events (including the Rolling Stones crew when they performed at the Fonda Theatre May 2015), and are more passionate than ever about their true goal.. to be the most sought after catering service in the Los Angeles area, by offering unique, flexible menus, unbeatable prices, and an overall unforgettable experience to those who need their services.
