• At The Boardroom Bistro we are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. We invite our patrons to visit our Kitchen (off hours) and observe for themselves. We are concerned about the environment and wherever practical plan to recycle, reuse, and reduce our carbon signature. We will use zero trans fat cooking oil which will be reprocessed and used as alternative fuel. Whenever possible we plan to buy from local growers of produce and other locally produced products for both freshness and reduced transportation requirements.
  
  Come visit us for your morning coffee, and choose from our fresh made "House Selection" or a fantastic fresh brewed cup made to your preference.
