• We’re happy to include Hurst among the 7 communities we serve with low cost, high quality veterinary care. TCAP is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending pet euthanasia in area animal shelters and making North Texas a more pet-friendly place. Our clinics are staffed with knowledgeable, licensed veterinarians who perform all of our veterinary services, which include spays and neuters, vaccinations, and dental cleanings.
