• Stuart M Perry is a family owned and operated business since 1925. We have 2 quarries, 3 asphalt plants and 1 pellet plant located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We produce Crushed Stone, Asphalt, and Pulverized Lime. We produce much of the Asphalt in the Winchester area. From Walmart, to Home Depot, to your driveway.. We are a dependable, full service company that can handle any size job: public, commercial or residential. Stuart M Perry is committed to excellence in all our jobs and public service.
