• S&A Homes is a home builder that operates in more than 60 communities throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia and has built more than 15,000 homes since it's Owner and CEO, Robert E. Poole took ownership of the company in 1980. The company offers more than 70 floor plans in its portfolio, including condominiums, carriage homes, and single family homes. The company also builds on customer-owned lots throughout the region.
