Robert Rey Garcia, Jr. developed an interest in the Funeral Director lifestyle by assisting his father on various funeral services at a very young age. After graduating high school in Oxnard in 1988, he successfully obtained a BA in Business Administration from Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks and graduated in 1993. During his stay at Cal Lutheran, Robert enlisted in the military and proudly served our country in the US Marine Corps with an honorable discharge in 1997. In 1996 he was issued a life insurance agent number which allowed him to lead a team of pre-need specialists at his family's Oxnard Funeral Home Garcia Mortuary. In 1998, Robert received his funeral director's license. He now resides in Santa Paula, California with his daughter Dani where he is continuing the family tradition of outstanding, detailed and trusted funeral services for the community and its veterans. On November 4, 2008 the State of California Cemetery and Funeral bureau issued him an establishment license number under the name Robert Rey Garcia Jr. Funeral Services.
