• Over 24 years ago, the founders of Restoration Relief started in the cleaning industry with the Rug Beater, a leading service provider for maintenance cleaning in the commercial and residential markets. Over the years, at the request of clients, the Rug Beater began to respond to an ever increasing amount of water mitigation and fire cleaning projects. In response to this demand, the Rug Beater added IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) certifications, staff and mitigation equipment. In the spring of 2011, Restoration Relief was formed to focus on water mitigation and fire cleaning. Now, Restoration Relief serves clients by providing full-service disaster restoration including fire, water, mold, and trauma recovery services.
