• As a New York licensed attorney I counsel small businesses and start ups in protecting their interests and anticipating potential legal pitfalls and how to prevent them. As a small business owner myself I understand the unique challenges business owners face. As the mom of a very active toddler I know how hard it can be to balance work and life.
