We offer three fee options for property management services:
Four percent (4%) of gross monthly rents collected to collect and deposit rents into property owner's account.
Five percent (5%) of gross monthly rents collected to a) collect and deposit rents and b) provide Office and Field support to manage repairs and maintenance to completion (additional fees apply).
Six percent (6%) of gross monthly rents collected to a) collect and deposit rents, b) provide Office and Field support.
