• RPC Contracting is based in Kitty Hawk, NC. We offer full service excavation, grading and paving contractor. We specialize in commercial site development, road and highway construction in Northeast North Carolina.
  
  Since 1983, we have completed many successful projects from Corolla to Ocracoke Island, Hyde County, north to Moyock in Currituck County, and west to Elizabeth City, Hertford and Edenton.
