Improvement Location Certificates
From a field survey of the property, we prepare a scale drawing showing the property lines and all improvements on the property (house, garage, sheds, concrete drives, porches, patios, decks, etc).
Land Survey Plat (LSP)
This is a boundary or pin survey where we set the property corners only in addition we locate and show the drawing improvements on the property and any close improvements on adjacent properties.
ALTA /ACSM Survey
These are very similar to an improvement survey Plat. There are some optional items that may be required by the client as indicated.
