• Prodjex is a Kansas City based web consulting company that provides end-to-end development services for all things web related. Founded in 2017, we've grown quickly and provide services to clients across the US. With 10+ years of experience we have perfected the process, system & technologies that enable us to create high-quality, scalable solutions. In today’s development world missed deadlines, shortcut work, and poor communication are all too common. Because of this we focus on three metrics: process, deliverables and deadlines. Process - Our process makes it easy and efficient for clients to explore solutions, understand how it works and follow along with the entire project. Deliverables - Up front before any project begins we take the time to clearly define project deliverables. We understand ideas can change and as projects evolve modifications are needed, but a list of deliverables is essential to success. This helps keep expectations clear and provides an easy checklist once the project is complete. Deadlines - Of all of our core values here at Prodjex, we believe in a very strong emphasis on the project Deadline. From the second the planning process is underway we take the project deadline very seriously, all of the way through to project completion. We provide realistic deadlines. Over promising to close a sale is a setup for failure. If we can't figure out a way to make it work within your timeline we'll let you know and suggest other ways to get there. When we begin planning out your project every person you come in contact with has an actual web development coding background. This allows you to receive real-time answers on "what's possible" and allows us to understand every aspect, not jumping from sales to development and losing features along the way.
