• Pool Hawk Systems has brought a team of US military and commercial engineers together to develop a Drowning Detection System using cutting edge state of the art technology. The Pool Hawk system technology was derived from military tracking systems and missile intercept programs. The system uses above water, military grade optics and software with artificial intelligence that is constantly learning and calibrating to become even more accurate over time. Pool Hawk has the ability to track every swimmer and every square inch of the pool. Two or more overhead optics are used by the system to track and monitor each swimmer as an independent target. The systems sees through water in a wide variety of lighting conditions. Diffused lighting, shadows, glint, turbulence and glare are easily overcome by Pool Hawk. Our intelligent technology is able to see in situations where lifeguards would otherwise have an almost impossible task to find a submerged drowning victim. Multiple auditory and/or visual alarms alert lifeguards and/or people in the pool area, and can be remotely reset. Pool Hawk has an easy, non invasive installation and there is no need to drain or close the pool for long periods of time. Installation can be performed in about a day.
