Our goal is to foster a trusting and lifelong relationship. The word “paumanok” is a Native American word for Long Island and means “island in the shape of a fish.” Our roots are from Long Island. We want to be part of the community, and our involvement with our community is diverse and wide, from helping young people to become more aware of careers in the veterinary medicine field to raising awareness of environmental issues. We sponsor several fundraisers over the course of the year.
