With this experience I have created my 101 pt. Evaluation to help buyers identify any potential problems a home may have including structural, wiring/electrical, drainage, plumbing and mechanical issues. This Evaluation is also used to identify positive aspects of a home.
For sellers, my knowledge along with my Evaluation can be used to showcase your home. I will identify and highlight your home’s best features to engage prospective buyers.
