  Old Bridge Insurance Agency was founded by Todd P. Rooney. As a life-long resident of Northern Virginia with over 30 years of insurance agency experience, Todd has helped many clients with his knowledge and expertise. Todd achieved the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, he is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents Association of VA & DC, as well as the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce.
