About Us

  • Dating back to 1842, when William “Billy” Herndon, Abraham Lincoln’s junior law partner practiced law, through today, the Noll Law Office has served those in need of the highest legal services in Central Illinois. Today’s Noll Law Office represents the fourth and fifth generations of lawyers in the Noll-Herndon family. We are a small, family owned business whose roots in Central Illinois go back generations. The staff at the Noll Law Office is committed to providing our clients the best legal services possible through aggressive advocacy, communication and understanding. The office prides itself on client communication, regardless of whether the client is incarcerated, and works hard to insure that each and every client participates fully in his/her representation. Our office takes the time to understand our client’s goals and works diligently to exceed them. Our attorneys have an established reputation in trial litigation. We specialize in all aspects of litigation including Criminal Law and Civil Law. The search for the right attorney is an important and potentially life changing decision. There is a laundry list of qualifications a prospective client should look for in an attorney. To better inform you, we have provided a List of Questions to ensure that you are represented by qualified and professional lawyers. Should you have any questions regarding how our office may serve you, please do not hesitate to call us at (217) 544-8441 or email us with an inquiry. The Noll Law Office’s connection to Abraham Lincoln continues with the purchase of the Lincoln Depot in 2012 and its renovation and reopening in 2013. As the location of Abraham Lincoln’s iconic farewell address, the Noll’s are proud to be able to restore the building to its former glory. The law office is headquartered on the mezzanine and second level whereas the first floor has reopened as an important historic site and museum.
