• Our practice is now a member of Consensus Health. Consensus Health is a multi-specialty medical practice for New Jersey's independent physicians. Dr. Jain focuses on diagnosis, disease prevention, and treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses, including, but not limited to, sinus problems, high blood pressure and hypertension, COPD, thyroid problems, asthma, sore throat, and the flu.
