• How does house call pet grooming work? Miss Rachel, pet groomer, will arrive promptly at your home for your pet’s appointment. She will bring all the tools and supplies she needs with her. She will set up, bathe, hand dry, brush, and groom your pet to your specifications. Miss Rachel then cleans up, packs up, and heads on to her next appointment. What do we need from pet owners? We need a sink, utility sink, bath tub, or outdoor area with a hose to wash your pet and one electrical outlet. Question: Is it necessary to book an appointment? If so, how far in advance? Answer: Just like any personal service, such as a Hair or Dental, we need to schedule an appointment in advance. In general, if you want a certain day and a certain time, you will definitely need to book well in advance. It is also an advantage to book on a regular basis as then you do not risk missing out on the time and day you want. Question: What is full service grooming? Answer: Full service grooming means that we do all breeds, bathing, grooming, clipping nails, De-shedding (undercoat removal) and additional services. We welcome Large and Extra Large dogs, as well as cats and small mammals. Question: How long does it take to groom my dog? Answer: Depending on the dog it can range from 1 to 2 hours. Question: What are your grooming prices based on? Answer: Our grooming prices are based on several factors including weight, services rendered, coat condition (matting), and in some cases, behavior issues. Question: What type of payments do you accept? Answer: We accept cash and checks, credit and debit cards Question:How often should my pet be groomed? Answer: That depends on the type and condition of your pet's coat. But a general time frame is between 4 and 8 weeks. All we need is a place to park and a pet to pamper!
