• My practice is devoted primarily to litigation. In laymen’s terms, that means that I represent people who have a problem that requires – or might require – going to court. I represent civil and criminal clients both large and small in matters both large and small. All that said, I am entirely comfortable negotiating and drafting contracts, closing real estate deals, and advising business clients how best to avoid litigation. Please do not hesitate to contact me just because your specific problem or need does not fit squarely within one of my primary practice areas. All of my clients, regardless of the nature and scope of their problems, are treated with respect and courtesy, even if that requires referring their business to one of my colleagues. Similarly, all of my cases, regardless of the nature and scope of the problems they involve, are handled promptly and efficiently. While my ethical code of conduct prohibits me from guaranteeing a particular outcome in any matter, I can assure you that I do my best to handle my clients’ matters in the manner that is most likely to achieve my clients’ goals without emptying my clients’ pockets. In keeping with my goal of providing both top-notch legal service and top-notch client service, and to help my clients achieve the outcomes they desire, all of my clients receive a secure user name and password that allows them to log in to the Mickey Larson Law Office Client Portal. Once logged in, clients can view, upload, and download case-related documents, including documents that have been or will be filed with the court and correspondence to and from other parties. Clients are also able to view, download, print and pay any outstanding invoices and review a calendar which lists important case-related dates and deadlines.
