Kristen Upton, CNP, IBCLC, is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Kristen earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan. Kristen has over 14 years of experience in nursing, including time in both surgical and pediatric intensive care units. Her clinical interests include health promotion through positive living choices with an emphasis on exercise and nutrition, in particular for the non-athletic, newly active child. Additionally, Kristen is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who provides mothers with breastfeeding support and education.
