• Hello, I'm Dave Mercer. "Iron Dave" is a reputation I have acquired in my last 30 years in the Heavy/Highway Construction Industry. If you live in the Pike's Peak region, the chances are you drive over my work on a regular basis, as I have been a foreman or superintendent on many bridges and other structures in the area since the late 90's. That's when I fell in love with the area and in 2004 found a way to move the family from Arizona to Black Forest. We do service in Colordo Springs, CO I was born and raised in the farm/ranch environment in Arizona and subsequently I've been welding, fabricating, repairing equipment and trailers since I was in elementary school.I've spent the last few decades dealing with the pressure, stress, and hazards of the heavy/highway construction industry. As well as often having to be across the state or in another state spending weeks at a time away from the family.
