About Us

  • Integrity Care Providers of San Gabriel Valley was established in 2010 to be a full, supportive partner for long-term care providers. It exists to serve the needs of its members, and to support them in providing the highest quality care to their many, varied customers. It is an Association of members, and it is the membership that drives the organization. In 2010, as now, the industry faced challenges that required an effective advocacy and business support organization. The industry has changed dramatically in all its facets, and Integrity Care Providers has changed in step. When appropriate?as determined by the membership?the Association provides advocacy, public relations, business, and educational leadership to give its members?and the industry as a whole?the tools it needs to grow and thrive. The industry has diversified, become more professional, and taken on greater challenges. The Association now represents a widely diversified group of providers, from traditional nursing facilities to highly specialized sub acute centers and every type of disability services and senior housing provider. The industry has adopted new technologies to cope with evolving health care and regulatory and employment environments. Integrity Care Providers is affiliated with the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) and thus addresses the concerns affecting its membership on both the state and the national level. None of this change has replaced the core fact of long-term care. At its heart, it is still the relationship between the care givers and the consumers of care that matters. Among providers, it is the people who make the care good and the system work. The Association is the people in the membership and on the staff who devote themselves to improving conditions for the members and for their clients. We Value: Meeting consumer needs of today?right service, right place, right time. Anticipating consumer needs of tomorrow. Providing Consumer-directed care. Honoring and recognizing caregiver and employees.
