About the Instructor, Scott Haga :
Currently holds the rank of 4th degree black belt under Ray Dalke. Has been instructing children and adults for over 20 years. Certified Instructor and Examiner.
About the classes: students will learn basic Shotokan karate techniques, defensive blocking, kicking, striking, escapes and traditional karate forms. They will also learn and practice basic wrestling. Classes will center around teaching of respect, focus and physical fitness.
