• Capital Pediatrics provides health services for Tallahassee children . We are Board Certified Pediatrics physicians and our staff consists of Kennessa Hugger MD, J.C. Singh MD as well as a caring group of people who love Children. The office is a clean and professional environment that is a pleasure to be in. We provide care from infants to adolescents.
