• Heartland Gold was founded back in the 1990's by Wesley A. Roe. Wes and his extended family have lived in and around Hardee County for four decades. The mission of Heartland Gold is very simple. We will provide fine jewelry and top notch service to the citizens of Wauchula. Heartland Gold is the only fine jewelry store in Wauchula and offers the best selection of jewelry in Hardee and DeSoto counties. Also, if there is a special item you desire that's not normally carried by Heartland Gold...we'll find it for you. These days it may seem hard to find an independent store where you can talk with the owner who does the work himself. Well, it's not that hard, just come into Heartland Gold and say "hi" to Wes. At Heartland Gold we understand that times are hard for non-profit organizations. In addition to our participation in and support of certain non-profits, Heartland Gold stands ready to help your group with the fundraising challenge. Both Heartland Gold and our staff have been active in the Wauchula community for many years. Heartland has been a major supporter of the Cancer Society, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and has provided crowns for the winners of the county fair for many years. While we've participated in various organizations over the years we have long standing ties to Rotary, the Elks, the Chamber of Commerce, and local churches.
