I am Licensed, Bonded and Insured and I come with great references. I have a clean back ground. I'm a nonsmoker as well. I love pets and I am not allergic, and can take them for a walk if that helps with your busy schedule. Cleaning is not my side line, it is what I have done full time for over 36 yrs. I will not drop you when something better comes along. All the cleaning is and has always done by me and if for some reason a second person is needed, I'll bring my trusted helper. They will never come alone and I alone will handle all the keys and alarm codes. I can bring all that is needed to get the job done at no cost to you, if this helps. I generally use green products where I can, but sometimes the harder stuff is called for. If you would like to furnish your own, that would be great too. Vacuums are brought in as well, if unless you prefer yours to be used. Residential accounts are charge 25.00 an hour, plus mileage if 10 miles or more out of the Grand Rapids area. This is a locked in cleaning rate. If you are in need of office/commercial cleaning, these prices are quoted at really great rates. If you are in need of a great cleaning person, look me up.
