  How We Began
  In 1947 Harvey Goodman saw the Ohio Valley begin a rebirth of post-war job growth—and the ensuing need for affordable housing. Harvey purchased his first farm and founded Harvey Goodman Realtor, Builder. This business is still locally owned and operated by the Goodman family and by Harvey Goodman Realtor's broker and managing partner, John Sambuco.
