• A full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm founded and operated
  by Enrico J. Russo, MAI, in 1985, serving north central New Jersey and the
  surrounding area. We are a service oriented firm with superior knowledge of
  our market area.

  reporting options, and will work with you to determine the best and most cost
  effective alternative to meet your needs; in many cases a short form and/or
  limited appraisal will suffice.
  
  With the changing real estate market in New Jersey, we have expanded our
  qualifications and services to meet the changing needs of our clients. In
  addition to a wide variety of standard residential and commercial appraisal
  offerings, we also provide foreclosure, bank-owned property and bankruptcy
