CKC does not use steam and caustics. We've found a better way: a patented, pressure-applied, chemical cleaner followed by a water rinse, which creates less mess and does a better job than the steam cleaning method. Our chemical cleaner is a non-toxic product, specifically designed for the removal of grease and carbons, which build up in kitchen exhaust systems (hoods), fans, and the cooking equipment.
