Dr. Sprock is a Dutch native, who moved to the United States to do her OB/GYN residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Sprock continued her training in Urogynecology at Henry Ford Hospital, one of the major teaching hospitals in the United States, under Dr. David Richardson. Spending more than a decade at Henry Ford, she also served as the assistant program director of the OB/GYN residency program for 5 years and as the director of the Urogynecology section. She has been honored with numerous awards during her career, from excellence in laparoscopic surgery to excellence in patient care.
