Central Avenue Eye Care is an insurance-free, direct access optometry practice for patients of all ages. Dr. Cathy Pannebaker fits all types of contact lenses including soft, gas permeable and specialty contact lenses. We also have fashionable and affordable eyewear for patients of all ages. Dr. Pannebaker also co-manages cataract surgery and LASIK. Shelbie Herold joined Central Avenue Eye Care last November as office manager.
