• I follow a strengths and empowerment model and a harm reduction approach to assist clients in attaining their stated goals. For those with an alcohol or drug use disorder, twelve step participation is not required. I seek to help those affected by alcohol and drug use disorders or other mental health concerns, particularly depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder empower themselves to take back control of their lives.
