We came to El Dorado county in 1998. We found a need for someone to be able to service-high end appliances without having to wait a week for the tech. Word spread and we started to grow. My wife Victoria's friend Patricia Marks came from Alabama in 2002 to work in the office and answer the phone. Soon customers requested we work on all the appliances they had so they would not need a different company for each appliance. Word of mouth continued to spread and I started to train my son Brandon in 2006.
