Our remote support technology allows us to support customers both locally, and remotely as if we were sitting beside the customer in their homes. We're able to interact with the computer, see what's happening on the screen, and even restart it without the customer having to bring the computer to a repair shop, or a technician having to be sent on-site. In 2012 Award Techs provided over 25,000 support sessions to the clients of brands such as Geek Squad, Trend Micro, Staples, and even Microsoft directly through outsourced channels.
