As a Certified Professional Inspector® I have done many high quality inspections. Before my inspection business I built 4 houses where I have personally done the ceiling, plumbing, electrical wiring and equipment installations, doors and all kitchen Cabinets. I have also managed the building of many homes on behalf of clients, friends and family. I have also performed electrical contract work and currently still assist with emergency electrical work. This experience that I have gained over more than 41 years greatly assist me in doing inspections that clearly stand out above the norm.
